THANKSGIVING MORNING BREAKFAST

DRINKS
Fresh North Carolina Apple Cider infused with warm baking spices. The perfect mixer for a apple bourbon smash, heat and add rum for hot buttered rum cocktail or just pour over ice for a delicious spirit free drink. One liter bottle serves 8-10 drinks.
The perfect cocktail mixer made of fresh cranberry syrup infused with ginger and orange zest. Mix with bourbon for a fall Old Fashioned. Add lime juice and tequila for an autumn margarita or just top with Sprite for a delicious spirit free cocktail. A 12 oz bottles makes up to 12 drinks.
The perfect holiday mixer. Heat a fruity red wine and add our mulled wine mix. The mix is made of Brown sugar with clementine zest, vanilla, and holiday spices. 12oz bottle mixes with one bottle of wine to make 6-8 drinks.

DINNER SIDES

BREADS
Whole loaf of focaccia. A rustic and flavorful Italian bread that’s both crisp and airy. The dough, infused with olive oil, is topped with a generous sprinkling of fresh rosemary, thyme, chili flakes, flake salt and freshly grated Parmesan. Serves 4-6
Parker House rolls are classic, buttery dinner rolls known for their soft, fluffy texture and golden, slightly crisp top. Six rolls per order.
DESSERTS
A 9” whole Hummingbird cake, a beautifully moist and flavorful Southern dessert, bursting with tropical flavors. It’s made with ripe bananas, crushed pineapple, with a perfect blend of spices and cream cheese icing.
The classic pecan pie, made with a gooey, caramel-like filling of brown sugar and butter, is elevated by the addition of smooth, melted chocolate and a splash of bourbon.
A 9” round, a delightful twist on the classic fall dessert. The silky, spiced pumpkin filling, flavored with warm cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, rests in a flaky, buttery crust. The streusel crumb topping adds a sweet, caramelized crunch that contrasts beautifully with the smoothness of the pumpkin custard.
